Employee Assistance Program

The City of Oxford partners with the Human Development Company to provide:

Free short term counseling for employees and dependents
Resources for parenting and childcare, caring for an elderly loved one, legal consultations and financial counseling
Referral to community resources if needed beyond the brief counseling
Affiliated counselors outside of the immediate Tri-State area
24 hour crisis response by the counseling staff of HDC Systems

Fitness Reimbursement Program

With 8 visits or more each month to a fitness center, the City will reimburse up to 50% of your monthly membership fee with a maximum reimbursement of $25.00 per month.

How to participate

Pay your own membership fees.
At the end of each month, ask gym to print a record of your visits.
Submit a record of 8 visits per month to HR quarterly to receive reimbursement.

Cincy HealthWorks

The City of Oxford partners with Cincy HealthWorks as our wellness provider.

In 2024, you can earn $50 each for you and your spouse on our healthcare plan for a wellness visit with your doctor and another $50 each for completing biometric screening.
