Dental Provider is changing from Delta Dental to Ameritas

Life Insurance Provider is changing from Equitable to Reliance

EAP Provider is changing to Carelon/Talkspace

Supplemental Programs:

There will be several supplemental programs available through Aflac, Norton Cyber Security, VSP Vision, and Reliance Life Insurance. There are all optional and voluntary but if you choose to enroll, payment can be made through the payroll deduction.

Employee Handbook & IT Policies:

The Employee Handbook and IT Policies have been updated. You can review the changes here or in Employee Navigator. Every employee must acknowledge receipt of these policies as part of Open Enrollment in Employee Navigator.
